Business Communications

Description

This course is designed to build, enhance and refine business and management related communication skills of students. It will prepare students to communicate effectively and persuasively at a professional and management level. The course covers communication flows in organizations, communication strategies used by management,cross-cultural communication, use and relationship with various media and new technology related communication. Specific skills are also addressed, including - oral,. written and non-verbal communication and the art of listening. Students will be encouraged to attend workshops offered by the College on building communication skills.
