The Predominately Black Institutions Program  (PBI) at Medgar Evers College provides academic support services known as Supplemental Instruction (SI), SI is a student–centered program that utilizes peer led study groups to help students succeed in traditionally difficult courses such as; ENG 112,150, MTH 136, 138 151, BIO
