Description

This course examines the relationship between humans and the environment. It explains the geography of the major earth systems: the atmosphere, biosphere,hydrosphere, and lithosphere. It analyzes pressing environmental problems, including climate change, pollution, habitat conservation, and natural hazards (such as earthquakes, hurricanes, and floods). Students will use scientific methods andgeospatial technologies to analyze data.
