The scope of HSA and its interrelated components will be described, analyzed, defined and illustrated. Part I - Health Services Administration in the United States. Part II - Who provides the services and in what settings. Part III - Cost, Regulations and Ethics. Part IV - National Health Care Policy and Reform.
