The scope of HSA and its interrelated components will be described, analyzed, defined and illustrated. The delicate balance between cost and services and how it pertains to the individuals health and well-being will also be addressed. This course will be presented in four parts. Part I - Health Services Administration in the United States. Part II - Who provides the services and in what settings. Part III - Cost, Regulations and Ethics. Part IV - National Health Care Policy and Reform.
