Knowledge of major theoretical applications policy and practice issues will be addressed as they apply to a conceptual framework. This course is organized to present information about the types of institutional planning, obstacles and resources. Contemporary public health issues and social problems will serve as a focal point for understanding the relationship between the planning environment and health policy implementation.
