Description

The CIS Apprenticeship course offers enrolled students a chance to participate in a paid apprenticeship with a designated firm, utilizing the experiential learning framework to apply their coursework knowledge and skills in a real- world setting. Eligible students must have completed the majority of their major requirements, participated in a pre- apprenticeship skills boot camp, and passed the interview process. Upon acceptance, students will join an industry- leading company and become active team members, with the potential for permanent full-time employment opportunities based on their performance. This course is the first of a series of apprenticeship courses that provide students with practical experience and professional networking opportunities while pursuing their degree.
