This course provides information and insight into how businesses build customer engagement and create value through various digital media. This includes topics such as building a digital presence, customer acquisition techniques, and product/ brand positioning. The course will discuss the application of concepts of digital marketing in real-life business situations. Students will learn to use frameworks and tools used for managing and analyzing an organization’s virtual presence. Finally, they will have the opportunity to develop digital strategies and create an online identity for a business entity.
